TERMITE CONTROL
All structures in Oklahoma, and this part of the country, will have termites at one time or another. Termites are in the soil before the structure is ever built. The only thing stopping termites from entering a structure is the pre-treatment that is performed at the time of construction. Once that pre-treatment breaks down, termites will appear.
In our experience, a structure built prior to 1986 will usually be protected for 30-50 years. A structure built between 1986-1999 will typically have protection an average of 20-25 years. Structures built after 1999, depending upon the products used and the quality of work, will be protected between 5-15 years.
We expect 10-15 years protection out of our treatments with an optional renewable warranty.
